GUATEMALA CITY — Guatemala is strengthening the infrastructure and operational conditions of its main international gateway as part of a broader strategy to attract foreign direct investment and improve the country’s connection with global markets.
For international companies evaluating new investment destinations, factors such as air connectivity, infrastructure, security and access to international markets are increasingly important. Against this backdrop, Guatemala’s Ministry of Economy and the National Foreign Direct Investment Attraction Agency, ProGuatemala, are supporting efforts to improve the country’s civil aviation infrastructure.
