Mexico takes center stage at Gulfood 2026 with a strong and diverse presence, as 18 leading Mexican companies come together at the Mexican Pavilion to present the richness, quality, and global competitiveness of Mexico’s food and beverage sector.

From traditional flavors deeply rooted in Mexican heritage to innovative products aligned with global consumption trends, the pavilion offers international buyers, importers, distributors, and HoReCa professionals a comprehensive look at Mexico’s export-ready portfolio.

Visitors to the Mexican Pavilion will discover a wide range of high-quality products, including jalapeños and sauces, avocado-based dressings, agave syrup, chili mango snacks, tortillas and tostadas, canned food, chickpeas and pulses, as well as beverages. These offerings reflect Mexico’s ability to combine authenticity, sustainability, and innovation while meeting the highest international standards.

Mexico’s participation at Gulfood 2026 reinforces the country’s position as a reliable and strategic food supplier for global markets, particularly in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. The pavilion serves as a dynamic platform for business matchmaking, allowing Mexican producers to connect directly with decision-makers seeking premium ingredients and value-added food products.
