Gulfood 2025, hosted at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), has once again proven to be the premier global stage for food and beverage excellence. Among the standout participants this year, Peru captivated the international audience by blending its rich cultural heritage with world-class craftsmanship and quality, solidifying its reputation as a global brand synonymous with tradition, sustainability, and diversity.
At the heart of Peru’s presence was the Peruvian Pavilion, expertly managed by Liliana Velásquez from the Lima Chamber of Commerce, who ensured that the organization and coordination of the pavilion highlighted Peru’s best offerings and Mario Vargas, Trade Commissioner at PromPerú.
