Globant and Infobip Announce Strategic Partnership to Accelerate AI-Powered Enterprise Engagement Across MENA

The collaboration aims to deliver next-generation, AI-powered conversational solutions to enterprises across the region.
This alliance combines Globant’s expertise in generative AI and digital transformation with Infobip’s scalable omnichannel communications platform, enabling businesses to create more personalized, secure, and efficient customer journeys. The combined technologies will provide companies with tools to deliver automated assistance, predictive analytics, and seamless interactions across various platforms.
By integrating Globant’s AI tools with Infobip’s Conversational Experience Orchestration Platform (CXOP) — powered by Agentic AI — businesses will be able to streamline operations and offer real-time, interactive messaging that enhances engagement and builds long-term loyalty.
