In a symbolic step toward deepening diplomatic and economic relations, the UAE’s newly appointed Ambassador to Paraguay ,Dr. Al Saghira Wabran Hamad Mubarak Al Ahbabi, took the oath of office before President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. This appointment marks a continuation of the UAE’s ongoing efforts to enhance its relationships in Latin America, particularly with Paraguay.
The new ambassador, who brings extensive diplomatic experience, is expected to build on the foundations of cooperation that have been established between the two nations, especially in the areas of trade, investment, and cultural exchange. Paraguay and the UAE have steadily increased dialogue over the years, with both countries seeking to explore further collaborations in key sectors, including agriculture, renewable energy, and infrastructure.
