While the availability of a wide range of products is facilitated, the challenge lies in adapting recipes within such a sophisticated cuisine. When expanding from Beirut to Dubai, we encountered difficulties in adjusting recipes to accommodate the available products in the local market. Today, our main challenge lies in ensuring the consistency of our dishes, which is closely tied to the consistency of the products delivered by our suppliers. Resolving these challenges requires meticulous planning in purchasing and stock management, ensuring that we maintain the quality and authenticity of our dishes despite any fluctuations in ingredient availability. Through careful management and strategic planning, we overcome these obstacles to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our patrons.
