ProChile Present at Espacio Food & Service 2026
Chile’s premier international food industry event welcomed the presence of the Director General of ProChile today. He toured the institutional stand showcasing the diversity and quality of Chile’s exportable offerings in sectors such as food innovation, honey, agribusiness, and beverages.
The day’s agenda also featured business rounds connecting over 40 Chilean companies with importers from Costa Rica, Brazil, Mexico, Peru, and Japan. This facilitated new opportunities for the internationalization of Chilean exporters. Additionally, trade attachés and representatives from ProChile offices in Italy, Morocco, Colombia, and Poland were present, reinforcing the link between Chilean offerings and strategic global markets.
Following the business rounds, the Director General participated in a panel discussion titled “Supplying the Pantries of Asia.” He shared the stage with the Undersecretary of Agriculture, Francisco Venezian, Andrés Ilabaca, the Commercial Director of Espacio Food & Service, and Antonio Walker, President of the National Agricultural Society (SNA). The discussion analyzed the pivotal role of Asian markets in Chile’s exports and the promotion agenda in the region.
