Pablo Zamora’s Tenure at Fundación Chile: A Four-Year Legacy of Innovation and Strategic Renewal
In a recent milestone announcement, Pablo Zamora, CEO of Rebel Factory, entrepreneur, advisor, and former Co-Founder of NotCo, shared the conclusion of his tenure as Executive President of Fundación Chile. Appointed by President Gabriel Boric, Zamora held the role for four years and two months, leading the organization through a period of significant transformation and growth.
Zamora’s message on LinkedIn was imbued with gratitude and pride, reflecting on the challenges and successes that defined his leadership. According to Zamora, when he assumed office, Fundación Chile required “urgent adjustments, strategic direction, a committed board, and a functioning compass.” Under the directorship (2022-2026), Zamora and his team succeeded in fostering an environment of internal harmony, establishing a long-term development plan, and setting mission-oriented goals. He emphasized the importance of strengthening the relationship between the administrative and executive divisions, crediting much of the progress to the dedication and collaboration of the institution’s staff and board.
