Embassy of Colombia in the UAE Welcomes Luisa Fernanda Rueda as New Program Leader
The Embassy of Colombia in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) recently celebrated the arrival of Luisa Fernanda Rueda to its team. On February 11, 2026, the Embassy announced through its official channels that Luisa Fernanda Rueda has assumed the role of multiplicadora (facilitator) of the Colombia Nos Une program. This program is dedicated to strengthening ties between the Embassy and the Colombian community residing in the UAE.
Last week, Luisa officially took on this pivotal responsibility with the mission to fortify the link between the Embassy and the Colombian diaspora. Under her leadership, the Embassy plans to create more participation spaces and organize additional gatherings for the Colombian community. Furthermore, the Embassy aims to help consolidate robust support networks that empower Colombians to build a stronger, more united community.
