With more than three decades of experience in the Chilean dried fruit industry, this family-owned company has established itself as one of the country’s leading raisin packers. Backed by its own high-capacity packing facility—capable of handling over 18,000 tons annually—the company combines scale, know-how, and close operational control to consistently meet the demands of international markets.

In this interview, Denisse Bejares shares insights into the company’s evolution, its strengths in raisin processing, and its commitment to quality and reliability across every shipment.

Can you introduce Anjari and its main experience in raisins and walnuts?
Anjari is a family-owned company that produces, packs, and exports raisins and walnuts. Through its experience at the Gulfood trade fair, the company has had the opportunity to connect with markets around the world, especially in the Gulf region. This has allowed us to expand our client portfolio and gain greater visibility.

What distinguishes your golden and dark raisins in terms of quality and processing?
As our own producers, we ensure premium quality and provide personalized care of our raw materials, resulting in a top-level product. Regarding processing, we have our own packing plant, fully certified to meet the requirements of any market. This also gives us the flexibility to adapt, as much as possible, a natural product to each specific requirement.

How does Anjari ensure consistency and food safety for international markets?
Anjari guarantees consistency and food safety through the certifications it holds: BRC, Halal, Kosher, SMETA 4-Pillar, and Vegan.

What type of buyers or partners are you looking to connect with at Gulfood 2026?
We are looking to connect with global-level buyers with whom we can build strong and long-lasting partnerships.

How do you see the evolution of demand for Chilean dried fruits in the Gulf region?
Demand is increasingly strong and appreciated. What is particularly noticeable is the focus on very specific varieties, especially black and golden raisins.
