Peruvian Gastronomy Shines at CarniVibes Curbside Alchemy in Dubai
On November 14, the vibrant flavors of Peru made a lasting impression at the CarniVibes Curbside Alchemy festival, held at the acclaimed Alserkal Avenue in Dubai. Organized as a celebration of world cuisines, the festival showcased a variety of international talents, with Peru obtaining exceptional representation.
At the heart of this culinary showcase was Chef Penélope Díaz from the renowned Fusión Ceviche restaurant. Chef Penélope Díaz delighted attendees by serving authentic anticuchos, ceviches, and several other iconic dishes from the rich tapestry of Peruvian cuisine.
The Consulate of Peru in Dubai proudly announced their participation in the event, highlighting how the culinary presentation captured the essence of Peruvian flavors. “Penélope Díaz, from Fusión Ceviche, brought the taste of Peru with anticuchos, ceviches, and many dishes from our gastronomy. Very well represented! Congratulations, Penélope!” the consulate shared.
