- Can you introduce Baika Fruit’s diversified portfolio of dried fruits and nuts?
Baika Fruit has a broad portfolio of dried fruits and nuts, with a strong focus on the bulk business.
We work with products such as dried plums, dried cherries, almonds, walnuts, and hazelnuts, as well as tailor-made mixes of dried fruits and nuts, developed for both industrial clients and distributors.
Our work is based on close relationships with customers and long-term partnerships, ensuring consistent quality, traceability, and continuity of supply. - How do your private label solutions add value for retailers?
In the retail channel, Baika Fruit offers comprehensive private label solutions that combine product, design, and development.
We support retailers from assortment definition through to the product’s arrival on the shelf, integrating:
● Product and mix development
● Packaging and format design
● Proposal adjustments according to market and consumer needs
This allows us to deliver complete solutions aligned with each retailer’s strategy and to position ourselves as a long-term partner rather than a transactional supplier. - What trends do you observe in the consumption of fruit and nut snacks?
We see consumers increasingly focused on natural, simple, and functional products, with greater awareness of ingredients, origin, and processes.
At the same time, demand is growing for bulk formats and customized mixes, which allow for operational efficiency and differentiation in both industrial and retail customers.
Dried fruit and nut categories continue to consolidate as healthy and versatile snack alternatives. - How do you adapt your products for both bulk and retail markets?
Baika Fruit operates with a flexible structure that allows us to serve both channels in a complementary way.
In bulk, we adapt technical specifications, sizes, and formulations, including tailor-made bulk mixes of dried fruits and nuts.
In retail, we integrate product, design, and development, adjusting formats, packaging, and messaging for each market, while always maintaining efficiency, consistency, and regulatory compliance. - What is your strategy to expand in the Middle East?
Our Middle East strategy is based on building long-term commercial relationships, with an initial focus on the bulk business.
We work with clients seeking quality, reliability, and adaptability, developing products and mixes aligned with their needs and complying with the standards and certifications required by the region.
We see the Middle East as a strategic market for sustainable growth, supported by strong partnerships and mutual trust.
