UAE Leadership Extends Congratulations to Chile on Independence Day
ABU DHABI, 18th September, 2025 – In a gesture underscoring the close and growing ties between the United Arab Emirates and Chile, President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan sent a congratulatory message to President Gabriel Boric Font on the occasion of Chile’s Independence Day.
The message highlighted the UAE President’s warm wishes for Chile’s continued prosperity and the well-being of its people, reaffirming the UAE’s commitment to strengthening bilateral relations with the South American nation.
In addition to President Sheikh Mohamed’s message, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court, also dispatched similar messages of congratulations to President Boric.
These high-level communications reflect the UAE’s ongoing efforts to deepen cooperation with Chile across political, economic, and cultural spheres. In recent years, relations between the two countries have seen notable momentum, particularly in trade, renewable energy collaboration, and multilateral engagement within international forums.
