Notably, the Agrihood has already seen impressive demand, with over 230 residential plots sold in just one day, underscoring the growing interest in real estate within this vibrant community.
Approximately 40% of the land dedicated to production has already been allocated to companies looking to establish their own food production facilities. This includes a significant partnership formed during COP28, where a company announced plans for a “giga farm” project that aims to produce over 13,000 tons of food annually using innovative technologies and sustainable practices.
