Riyadh, August 14, 2024 – In a significant diplomatic engagement, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Cabinet Member, and Climate Envoy Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir welcomed the newly appointed Argentine Republic Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Facundo Vila. The meeting, held in Riyadh, marked the beginning of Ambassador Vila’s tenure in the Kingdom.
Minister Al-Jubeir extended his best wishes to Ambassador Vila, expressing confidence in his success in strengthening the bilateral relations between Saudi Arabia and Argentina. The meeting was also attended by Ambassador Khalid bin Musaed Al-Anqari, Director General of Al-Jubeir’s Office, underscoring the importance of this diplomatic exchange.
This appointment is expected to further enhance the cooperation and mutual understanding between the two nations, fostering stronger ties in various sectors including trade, culture, and climate initiatives.
