Strategic Partnership Between the World Governments Summit and the Association of Caribbean States to Amplify the Region’s Global Presence

The World Governments Summit Organization has entered into a landmark Strategic Partnership Agreement with the Association of Caribbean States (ACS), setting a new benchmark for global cooperation. Signed on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York, the agreement is designed to elevate the presence of Latin American and Caribbean nations at the Summit and to showcase their governmental experiences and best practices to a global audience.
This partnership seeks to promote joint initiatives and future-oriented opportunities that will foster dialogue, drive innovation, and strengthen international cooperation.
Formalizing the Agreement
The agreement was signed by Mohamed Yousef Al Sharhan, Managing Director of the World Governments Summit, and Her Excellency Ambassador Noemí Espinoza Madrid, Secretary General of the Association of Caribbean States. The Memorandum of Understanding outlines collaboration across several key areas, including enhancing the representation of Latin American and Caribbean governments at the Summit, sharing expertise in sustainable development, and participating in high-level initiatives and meetings in the UAE and around the world.
