Ras Al Khaimah, 25th March, 2026 — H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, welcomed at his palace in Saqr bin Mohammed City the ambassadors of Costa Rica, El Salvador, and Guatemala to the UAE.
The meeting included Francisco Chacón Hernández, Ambassador of Costa Rica; Gerardo Pérez Figueroa, Ambassador of El Salvador; and Jorge Rafael Archila Ruiz, Ambassador of Guatemala. Discussions focused on ways to enhance cooperation that serves the mutual interests of all parties, particularly in economic, trade, and investment sectors. The leaders also exchanged views on a number of topics of common interest.
H.H. Sheikh Saud highlighted the growing ties of friendship and the diverse areas of cooperation between Ras Al Khaimah and Costa Rica, El Salvador, and Guatemala. He emphasized the significance of these relationships in boosting development opportunities in vital sectors for both sides.
The ambassadors expressed their thanks and appreciation to H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi for the warm reception. They praised the bilateral relations with the UAE and the comprehensive development seen by the country and the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah across various fields.
