President Daniel Noboa Begins Official Agenda in United Arab Emirates
On December 5, 2025, the official agenda of President Daniel Noboa commenced in the United Arab Emirates. As part of his visit, the Ecuadorian President participated in a significant protocolary ceremony by laying a floral offering at Wahat Al Karama, which translates to the “Oasis of Dignity“. This monument and memorial site honors the fallen Emirati soldiers and civilians who lost their lives in the line of duty.
