Paraguay Honours UAE Ambassador Saeed Alqemzi with Grand Cross of the National Order of Merit
In a ceremony held at the Embassy of Paraguay in the United Arab Emirates, the Government of Paraguay bestowed one of its highest honors—the Grand Cross of the National Order of Merit—upon H.E. Saeed Abdulla Saif Joula Alqemzi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates, marking the conclusion of his diplomatic mission in Paraguay.
The distinction was personally presented by H.E. Carolin Konther López, Ambassador of Paraguay to the UAE, on behalf of the Paraguayan government. The honor reflects Paraguay’s deep appreciation for Ambassador Alqemzi’s exceptional efforts in strengthening the bonds of friendship and cooperation between both nations.

Saif Abdulla Alshamisi, Deputy Chief of Protocol at the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Dr. Al Saghira Alahbabi, Director of the Americas Department; as well as ambassadors and representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in the UAE.
The event served not only as a gesture of gratitude but also as a testament to the enduring and growing partnership between Paraguay and the United Arab Emirates.
